CPAP Resupply Checklist

A CPAP resupply checklist is most useful when it is specific to your equipment. Start with the common categories below, then use the calculator to generate dates you can print.

Monthly or more frequent checks

These parts usually deserve the most attention because they affect seal, comfort, and airflow.

  • Mask cushion, nasal cushion, or full-face cushion.
  • Nasal pillows.
  • Disposable filters.
  • Mask leak, fit, odor, and visible wear.

Quarterly checks

Every few months, inspect larger parts that may not fail suddenly but can slowly reduce therapy quality.

  • CPAP tubing or heated tubing.
  • Mask frame or full mask system.
  • Hose cuffs and connectors.
  • Machine air intake area.

Six-month and long-cycle checks

Longer-cycle items are easy to forget. Put them on the same checklist so they do not disappear behind monthly supplies.

  • Headgear and chin strap.
  • Humidifier water chamber.
  • Washable or non-disposable filter.
  • Machine age, warranty, and useful-life planning.

Frequently asked questions

Can I print my CPAP checklist?

Yes. Add your supplies in the calculator and use the print button to create a simple dated checklist.

Should I add supplies I do not use?

No. Only add items that match your setup. A nasal pillow user, for example, may not need a full-face cushion line item.
